Terms of service

Kodmos plans releases for GitHub organizations and starts GitHub Actions workflows in your repositories, in the order your flows describe. The workflows are yours and run on GitHub: what they deploy, and to where, is up to you. Kodmos starts, follows and cancels them as you ask.

• You sign in with GitHub and are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Whoever connects an organization must be allowed to install apps on it, and becomes its owner in Kodmos: they decide who has access, and accept these terms for the organization.
• You keep everything you put into Kodmos. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Kodmos to you.

• Do not use Kodmos against the law, against GitHub’s terms, or to harm others.
• Do not try to get into organizations or data that are not yours, test our security without telling us, or overload the service.
• Do not resell Kodmos without our written agreement.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law forbids it.

The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans, their prices and limits are on the pricing page. A new organization gets a 14-day trial of Business; afterwards it moves to Free unless someone pays. Paid plans renew each month or year until cancelled; upgrades apply at once (prorated), downgrades and cancellations at the end of the paid period. Prices do not include taxes. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, the organization moves to Free. Over a plan’s limits nothing is deleted.

We work to keep Kodmos available and your data safe, and back it up daily, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve Kodmos; when a change takes away something you rely on, we tell organization owners in advance.

Kodmos is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or the outcome of a deployment your workflow performed, and our total liability over any twelve months is limited to what you paid us in that time (or USD 100 on the free plan). Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You can stop at any time: delete your account, or remove the organization from Kodmos (which also uninstalls the GitHub App). We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or at once for a serious breach. What you put into Kodmos is erased when the organization is removed.

These terms follow the law of the Republic of Türkiye, whose courts decide disputes, unless the law of your country gives you a right to go to your own courts. When the terms change in a way that matters, we tell organization owners before it applies. Write to [email protected].
